Set # 1 - The metal length is 18.5 inches. They have 18 4 BSI TR stamped on it.
Set #2 - The metal length is 23 inches. They have 2240 LV stamped on them.

The pictures I included in my first post are misleading. I am looking for replacements for the 23 inch balances.

Hello! So, just to confirm you only needed the 2240 balance, not the 18-4? I just want to be 100% sure.
You might also want to confirm the length of the 2240 balance. With this design the metal channel should only be 22-7/8" long.

Just the 23" correct. I remeasured and metal channel is exactly 23 inches. Thank you!

Thanks for confirming. That length is an issue, then. We can only supply these balances in strict 7/8" length increments, but I don't know how well that's going to work for a 23" long metal channel. 1/8" may not seem like a lot but it may make a difference.
Just something to keep in mind. These balances are non-refundable and 22-7/8" is currently the closest size we can offer. I do not know if that will work to replace a 23" long balance. It's ultimately up to you to decide if you want to take the chance.
