I think we he crank is broken because i am unable to close the window and the handle just won't turn that way anymore. So i would like to know if maybe changing the handle would be enough or if i need the whole piece

It sounds like the worm gear itself may be broken. With that in mind you will need an all new operator.

Before I can recommend anything, I'll need a few more extra pieces of information. To start, can you show me a clear picture of the hole pattern on the operator base, all in one shot? That would be both the top and bottom holes.

Can you also remove the operator from the window and show me a picture of the link arm?

With those two pieces of information, I'll be able to check our inventory to see if anything we sell is a match.
