Old Stylr Pella Knife Latch

I'm working on the older style Pella casements that have a removable inner glass panel, instead of being a true insulated glass unit. The glass panel is framed with an aluminum channel and attached to the sash with a knife latch. The latch size and shape are different than the ones used to lock in the screens. I've attached a photo. Please let me know if this is something you can get (how much, lead time, etc.).
