It is not a 90 degree angle The sides of the cabinets are angled in

I'm afraid that those patent numbers aren't associated with any one part in particular. You may have something like our 32-127, but that's mostly an educated guess. I would need to see a photo of the original hinge to have a better idea of what you may need.
