Old crank mechanism

Hi! We have old windows and this one in particular is stripped and wont close the window properly. We need a replacement partnplease.

Thanks for posting. We may be able to replace this operator; but we need to see it out of the window entirely, so we can view the configuration of the link arm. That, and a clearer picture of the hole patterns on the tabs atop and on the bottom of the operator, will help us narrow down possible replacements.
