Old wooden slider needs u channel glazing

A quick learner from USA says:
I am desperately trying to find replacement parts for a sliding glass door with a wooden frame. The door is approximately 40 years old. I mistakenly cut lip off of the U Channel Glazing inside of the wood frame (as you can see from the image attached.)The interior channel opening is 17 mm and the channel interior depth is 22 mm.

I am also looking for replacement hole covers which measures 13/16" across and is 1/2" deep.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Thanks for posting. Can you tell me the thickness of your insulated glass? That will help us find something that may work.
