Operators don't match offset arms

A quick learner from Long Island, NY says:

Hi, Swisco.
I purchased four operators that looked like a good match to these photos. I bought two each of the 39-067 and 39-066.

But they don't fit. The windows wont close with these new operators. The biggest difference I can see is the arm on my old one has an offset, but the Swisco operators are flat. Do you have something that will match for me?

I am afraid we don't sell a version of the 39-066 or 39-067 with an offset in the gear arm. These are our closest matches. If you need to return the operators you purchased, you can view our Return Policy here. I apologize we cannot be of more help.
