Hello. I need 4 new Channel Balancers. I've attached 3 pictures of my broken Channel Balance. Numbers on my balance: 27-4 KA5 CMC 2. The shoe measures 1 ".

Hello, Otto. I think we can supply this balance, but I'm not quite sure what Series this is. The design of the shoe in your third photo isn't standard. Before I suggest anything, would it be possible to see its underside? I want to see how it connects to the metal channel and perhaps even the pulley system, if that's how it works.
Can you also tell me the depth? that would be the "heel-to-toe" measurement.

Tom, the Heel-to-Toe measures 1 3/32". Hope the pic is clear.

Thank you! That is a huge help, and exactly what I wanted. Although the design of the bottom fitting is a little different, I believe you can use our S385-28 as a replacement. The shoe is the same size and the function seems to be exactly the same.
