Hi the 40-409 seems close but not enough
Suggestions?

I agree, the 40-049 does look close. Can you go into more detail on why it won't work? If it's a matter of size, we will need your dimensions to be as precise as possible.

Can u check if the all the holes on all the plates seem "close" to your parts

The face plate holes do not match the 40-049 exactly, however we do not have a better match. The 40-049 lock set is the closest to your handle set. You most likely will need to drill new installation holes to install this new handle into your door.
