PGT Impact Window Balance Replacement

I have a number of PGT windows in need of new balances and I am trying to identify the correct ones to purchase. They are Aluminum Single Hung SH-701 impact windows and of large size. They measure approximately 53 x 76 (opening) with a bottom sash of 53 x 35. I am not sure about the condition at the bottom of the window for the attachment of the new balances. I have experience working with windows from a previous job.

Thanks for contacting us. This is a special kind of balance that will need to be custom made. Before we begin, I just need a bit more information. First, I see that you have a white tube and black tube. Are these balances the same? If so, would you prefer the black tube?

Can you also tell me how many you need altogether?
