Casement Window Turning Part

Quick Learner from Georgia
This is the part that does the actual turning of the casement windows but also attached to the lever. Mine is stripped so I need to order replacements. Thanks!

This worm gear cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. These are machine-pressed at the factory so once they strip out, an entirely new operator is necessary.

We can help with that, but I will need a clear picture of the operator in question so that I can check to see if anything in our inventory matches.

Thank you! Here is a picture of the actual contraption. I have two windows - each with one of these.

Thank you. I'm afraid seeing just the base by itself doesn't narrow it down too much, though. There are about a dozen or more operators that have this exact same base, but they all differ in other aspects that are hidden in these photos. In order to make a recommendation, I need to see the entire operator. Seeing it removed from the window would be ideal. Please let me know if that would be possible.

Here is a picture of the arm. The arm in the picture is just over 11" long.

The only operator we sell with this style base and a single straight arm is the 39-216. However, this arm is 7-3/8" long and it has a deep offset about halfway down, which your operator seems to lack. Can you confirm the size of the arm? Can you also confirm that there's only the one arm, and not two?

I think ultimately it's best if we see this operator out of the window. That way we don't have to guess. I can tell you exactly what you have beyond any shadow of a doubt.
