This reminds me of our Andersen 88-013 and 88-014 Pulls. Note that both the interior and exterior pulls we carry have a base plate, while it appears one of yours is separate from that base plate, which I believe is the case with some older versions of this Andersen handle. I'm not sure if this would affect replacement compatibility, but compare the dimensions and see what you think.
