Parts for a Polaris window

Question

Need would like to replace these parts and I don't know the spring size if you can help that would be great just let me know how much the parts are and I can give you a cc number

What you have here is the old Simonton coil balance system. This isn't made anymore but the news is that we have a good substitute that works just as well, if not better. You can see more information in the video below, which includes detailed installation instructions and a list of products you will need to purchase.
