Replacement balance needed

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid this code on the metal channel only tell us the spring calibration of the balance; it doesn't identify the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel. You will need to remove the balance from the window and show us clear photos of each nylon fitting. Keep in mind are all balances come with these fittings attached to the metal channel and ready to install out of the box. For information on how to remove and replace your balances, see the video below.

Yes, these photos are great thank you. It looks like our Series 380-35 may be able to replace your current balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. We ask that you carefully compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm if this is a match. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 3440 option that holds a sash weight of 23-30 pounds.
