Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 81-081. This seems to match your dimensions, but go over everything on the product page to confirm this. To answer your question, steel rollers are stronger than nylon rollers, and I wouldn't recommend replacing them with nylon rollers because your door may need that extra support. New rollers should make things run smoother, but you also may want to make sure your track doesn't' need to be cleaned or even replaced. Let us know what you find.
