Patio Glass Door Single Wheel Rollers inquiry

We thought one of these wheels would work to replace ones in our sliding glass door, but none of them will work. 81-044 is close, but we can't get it to fix to our door because of it's U shaped hole (we called and emailed customer service about this but they couldn't help us. If you have a lower assembly with wheels for a 36" X 1" sliding door we'd buy that.

Thanks for posting. Our 81-011 has the same width and height as the 81-044, and its back end looks closer to your old roller, so this might work. But this is just an educated guess. The only reliable way to identify sliding glass door rollers is to remove the old one for inspection. Clearly yours are pretty rusted. Are you unable to remove them? I advise soaking them in WD-40 over a period of days to see if the adjustment screw will loosen so you can get them out. We do not sell bottom frame panels for sliding glass doors, just the rollers, so this step will be critical anyway for replacement. If yo can send us a picture of the extracted roller, and do your best to measure the width and height of the assembly and wheel diameter, we can at least confirm if the 81-011 is correct, or if something else could work for you.
