I ordered Item # 81-138 but they don't fit in my door. Can I make an exchange for the correct rollers. The rollers in the picture are the ones that I took out of my Patio door.

I'm sorry to hear that our 81-138 didn't work for you. Before I recommend anything, though, I will need to know your precise dimensions. That way we can be sure we don't run into the same issue again.

If possible, please measure the height and width of the housing, as well as the diameter of the wheel, then write those numbers out for me to review. I can then make a recommendation that matches the dimensions given.
