Patio door handle

I need to replace a patio door locking handle with 3 7/8

Tom, Here is some additional information that might help. Attached are pictures of the handle we are trying to find a replacement for. The handle is a surface mounted with a single downward hook on the right side of the patio door.

The locking mechanism that mounts on to the door is ½ inch thick and the screw holes are 3 3/7 inches apart. (Worst case scenario is to drill out the holes in the door to accept a 3 15/16 inch handle.)

Any help would be appreciated.

Look at our 82-224 patio handle. It seems to have the same hole centers and it locks in the downward position. We also have the opposite side, our 82-257. Take a look and see what you think.
