Trying to replace a patio door keeper.
Can only find keepers that have a latch hook that is on the bottom, while mine latches on top.
Is it possible to just turn keeper upside down?

It doesn't look like we have an exact match for the keeper shown here. May we see some photos of the mortise lock?

Thanks so much for the additional photo! Your handle looks like it uses a latch similar to the 82-003 and 82-055 which use the 89-007 keeper. I can't make any guarantees since your hardware looks like it could be an older style but it may be worth considering. Have a look at the specifications and see what you think.
