Number inside the bar is M216N. No brand name is on it. The letters on the key holder looks like CES. I have taken it apart so screws are not in the lock. If you have something that is compatible,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the handle set shown in your photos, which looks like it may engage with a multi-point lock that extends the height of the door. If so, your best bet would be to reach out to the dor manufacturer directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
