Patio slider screen door rollers

Thanks for contacting us. It looks like your post got cut off, but if I'm following your picture then the wheel style of the 84-016 is prohibiting its use in your door. If so, I'm surprised. I believe the 84-016 should be a good replacement roller for your door, based on your old part. There is a difference in size, but it doesn't seem to be so much that it would make that kind of difference. I have had problems in the past with the metal housing being too wide, but never had a problem with the wheel itself as long as the outside diameter was the same. We co carry a metal version of this roller, our 84-104. The ID width is .156", the ID depth is .148", and the outside diameter is 1.258". Its a little closer to your measurements.
