Pella 96 Colonial 2-1/2 DS DBL IS DR A/FX

I have a Pella hinged door that replaced a sliding patio door. Only half or one door opens and closes. I need a replacement and have not been able to locate anything close to this. The door was installed Nov 2013 so it is 7 years old.
