I'm afraid we don't have this exact sweep, but our 58-186 may work for you. This wraps around the underside of the door and installs on the sides with screws.  Also, take a look and compare your sweep to our 58-189, the push-in kerfs measure 7/8" on center and the overall width is 1-3/4".
