I am seeking a replacement for the above storm door handle. My door recently got stuck in the closed position. The lock and its latch mechanism is fine but the spring-loaded latch got lodged in the striker plate and had to be pried out. Thanks.

Would you be able to send us some pictures of the handle set in question? I'm not sure exactly what it is you have.

Thank you Dave for responding. I appreciate it.
Yes, here are some pics of the storm door handle and lock, as well as the latch that had to be pried out.

Thank you! I'm wondering if you could get away with just replacing the internal mortise latch. Take a look at our 40-194 and see if that matches up to your latch. Also take a look at the video below, which may help.

I have the same pella door handle as above. All I need to replace is the handle itself. It keeps coming apart when I pull it to open the door. I don't need the entire handle and lock set. I have tightened the screw on the handle but the tightening never lasts long. It must be stripped. Where can I buy just the 2 handle pieces without having to pay a hundred bucks for the entire kit?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't even sell this handle set as a complete kit. The handles by themselves are unavailable to us, though I should warn you that it's rare for these components to be sold separately. In most cases, these are only sold as complete kits.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
