Instructions for Pella Sliding Trolleys

A handy person from Wyoming says:
I have a 72" wide Pella sliding glass door circa 1992 with a 35" wide screen that automatically closes using a 26" spring assy with rollers on either end and located in the top of the door frame. The screen door mounts on this spring/roller assy with 2 long attaching screws close to either end that also adjust (level) the door in the frame.
While reinstalling the screen after painting I broke one of the two plastic mounting/roller brackets located on either end of the assembly.
So, now I have the following questions:
~ Can this spring/roller assembly be replaced?
~ If so, do you sell it or know where can I purchase it?
~ If so, how do I remove the assy from the door frame?
~ If not, can I do anything to re-mount the screen in the frame?
~ Any ideas short of replacing the entire Pella sliding door would be much appreciated!

Good Morning,

Yes, the screen door spring can be replaced. See parts 80-053, 80-054, and 80-055. You will need to measure your existing spring trolley to figure out which size you need.

Here are guides provided by Pella for their automatic screen door.
