The part I am looking to replace is the vinyl trim insert material which covers heads of screws which secure the trim around the two sides and drip shield at the top of Pella storm doors. It is to be custom cut by the door purchaser to snap into the groove on the door trim, covering the screw heads. What is its proper name and part number, so I can order it.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the trim shown in your photo. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to Pella directly.
