Pella window latch

A quick learner from Hertford, NC says:

The top hook to connect with the pane will not extend like the bottom one to close the window.
Is this part replaceable my me or do I have to get it thru a Pella contractor?

I am afraid the photos are unclear, so I'm having a little trouble making a recommendation. These somewhat remind me of the lock handle that comes with our 39-403 and 39-404 Pella Crank and Lock kits. Could these be what you need? Please compare.
