Pella window lock

I am trying to find a replacement for this lock and I see your part 90-213 seems to be the best match. Can you tell me are the dimensions(LxW) the same and are the screw holes in the same location? The dimensions are 1-3/4 by 1-1/8

Yes, the width for our 90-213 is 1-3/4" and the depth is 1-1/8". Keep in mind that you may have to reuse your old keeper.

Is the 90-213 the best replacement for the attached window lock?

Hello, Maria. The 90-213 remains our best and only replacement option for this lock. Pella no longer makes the original, but they do recommend to their customers to use the 90-213. Just note that it may not be an exact fit so some retrofitting may be required.
