I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. That stamp isn't a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring. In your case, you have an extra heavy duty spring, so there's a good chance this will have to be custom made.

Before we cross that bridge, though, we need to figure out the rest of it. Please remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly what I'll require from you before I can help.
