Pivot Lock Shoes

Hi,

We have several broken pivot lock shoes in windows where I don't know the manufacturer. Can you tell what size replacements I would need by the pictures that I've provided? Thanks!!

Hi Kim, sorry for the delay in responding. We can likely replace this pivot shoe for you, but it's difficult to say which you need without more precise dimensions. If you can remove the pivot shoe from the window and give us the width and thickness of the shoe, we should be able to identify what you need. For help removing your pivot shoe, see the video below.
