Pivot bar

Question

I have Alenco single hung vinyl windows with pivot bars that are extremely similar to your part #26-089. U channel dimensions are similar in that mine measure 0.312" wide, 0.181" tall, 0.058" thick material. Mine are only 2.72" long with the screw hole at 1.385 from the end. Do you have anything that I won't have to modify? Mine are steel and rust in a marine environment. Are there any made in stainless?

The most important dimension is the distance between the hole that takes the screw and the pin that goes into the pivot shoe. You say that spacing for you is 1.385", which is approximately 1-3/8". How about our 26-068? Could this be a better match? If not, can you show me a picture of your pivot bar?
