Pivot bar opening in pivot shoe 15-045 too small

1. I just received my order today. Thank you.

2. Problem: I noticed that the existing pivot shoe at window (Attached Photo: Pivot Shoe at Window) and the one I bought from Swisco 15-045 (Attached Photo: Pivot Shoe bought) do not have same size HOLE. Please see the attached pdf file for detail.

3. Question: Do you have a matching pivot shoe with HOLE size of 5/16 x 3/16 (Refer to attached pdf file for detail)? If you do, then I may need to exchange the one I bought.

3. Do you have any suggestion for cleaning and lubricating the rail where pivot shoe slides on? Does the trail need cleaning/lubricating?

I think our 15-212 pivot shoe could possibly make a better choice. It's similar to our 15-045, but it has a larger cam. Take a look and let me know your thoughts.
