Thanks for posting, Jorge. I think we can help with some of these parts, but maybe not all. For example, we have the 15-105 pivot shoe, which matches yours very closely, but the pivot bar is actually an older type that isn't made anymore. Would it be possible to see a clearer picture of the tip that goes into the shoe cam? That may decide whether or not we can supply a substitute for your older model.

As for the channel balance, these will likely have to be custom made. Looking at your photos we would use our S770-29 with a 62-105 hook tied to the end. Does that look good to you? If so, please tell me the exact weight of the sash for each option in question (2840 and 2850). Our S770-29 uses a different rating system and we'll need to find a way to sync them up. Thank you!

A contractor from Ocala, Florida says:

Tom,

I have attached the photos you requested and as far as the window sash, two of them are approximately 48" wide x 26" high. The other two are approximately 38" x 26" high with 1/2" insulated units.

Thanks, Jorge

Hey, Jorge. I'm afraid the sash sizes won't do it. We need their exact weights, preferable down to the ounce. It's important to be as precise as possible. Once I have those sash weights, I can email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantities.

As for this pivot bar, I was afraid this would be the case. This part is indeed discontinued and no longer made. At this time there are no known substitutes. That said, the 15-105 pivot shoe you have is designed to work with pivot bars like our 26-042 or 26-238. You may be able to find a way to adapt one of these to work on your window, but I cannot guarantee it.

Sorry for the delay, my customer was out of town. I have two Sashes that weigh 20 lbs each & I have two others that weigh 30 pounds each. Would need 4 balances of each weight.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks, Jorge

Great, sounds good to me. That'll be the 29C option for the 20 pound sash and 29E for the 30 pound sash. I'll go ahead and shoot those two order links over to you right now. Let me know if you have any questions!
