We may be able to help, though your balance has been discontinued for some time. We have a substitute in mind but there are two things to consider. The first is that it needs to be custom made, and the second is that it's not an exact match. I think it can possibly work, but there is no guarantee.

Specifically, I'm thinking of our S795-28 balance, but with a new 15-194 bottom shoe and 15-198 top clip. Does that look good to you? If so, can you tell me the weight of your sash? Can you also tell me how many you need?
