Pivot shoe for Patriot 1800 series window

A home owner from 27502 says:
I have a single hung J window on a house built in 1999. One window label had the following: Code: PAT-086, SPEC NFRC, SERIES: NC1800, MST: 4060. On the window in question, the label was as follows: 2052 Single Hung J Series 1800J 25 3/4x 64 3/4.

This post looks like my window: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Pivot-shoe-for-Patriot-1800-series-window-77-12128

One pivot shoe is broken for sure. The other may be as well. The window will not stay up so I think the problem is the broken shoe and the spiral balance being disconnected.

Also the tilt latches need replacement.

At this point, I am planning to replace both latches and both pivot shoes. I also need to wind the spiral balance.

Thanks!

Hello and thank you for your inquiry. We can help you with some replacements. In order to provide the most accurate recommendations, we would need to see photos of the part undamaged and removed from the window with measurements. Once we have all of that, we can begin to search for what you need.

Thank you for the additional photos of your Patriot 1800 series window. The top tilt latch looks like our 26-263 and 26-264. The pivot shoe, meanwhile, looks like our 15-046. We suggest you look over our media guides on replacing the top tilt latches and removing your pivot shoes. You can see them related to this page. We also suggest a balance charging tool like our 75-006 to help make the process easier.
