Pivot shoe for spiral balance

Looked all around windows and hardware, but there was no name or model number anywhere to be found. Customer wants to close on sale in 7 days, but really needs these replaced. Haven't been able to source anything locally (Atlanta) as of yet. Please help! Thank you in advance. Hope you can match a replacement part.

We don't have a pivot shoe in that exact size, but start by looking at our 15-173 or 15-134. These appear similar to yours, I would just go over our measurements to confirm they match.
