Pivot shoe to go with 26-040

So I ordered the Pivot Bar, 3" 26-040. However I need the shoe that it sits in. The blue piece where the bar sits in rusted out and both bars were broken off. I also have a couple windows that aren't staying up. It's that related to the twisting rod that comes down? The twisting rod isn't connected to the shoe in a couple so I'm just hoping its that. I also can't tell the brand of the window and the parts also don't have writing on them at all.
