Pivoting shoe

Hi, my name is Denise. I am looking for a replacement pivoting shoe for my home window. I have been told they are Emco windows. They were on the home when I purchased in 2006. It is a white plastic piece that attaches to the balance. Could you tell me if you carry and the cost?. I live in Philadelphia which if I have to can come pick it up. Hi Denise. I am confident we can replace this pivot shoe, but I'm afraid we need more information to narrow down a possible replacement. Can you remove the shoe from the window and tell us its width and thickness? Those measurements are crucial for identifying a pivot shoe replacement.
