Plastic corners for window screens

A home owner from Oklahoma City says:

I need to replace the 4 corners to my Champion Windows screen frame. They're 19 years old, and the frame's thickness is 1/4" not the standard 5/16". I'm afraid They're going to be proprietary pieces. Do you sell or can you recommend a source to purchase about 4 of them? Champion Windows Customer Service has not answered my many requests for help. Thank you!

I've never seen this corner used on a 1/4" thick screen frame before. It looks identical to our 95-262 , which is only used on 5/16" frames.

We unfortunately don't have an alternative version of this corner for a smaller frame. I wonder if yours might have been custom made. If so, then you may need an all new screen insert entirely.
