I'm afraid I do not recognize this drawer guide. Could you remove it from the drawer and show us a picture of the whole thing?

Ah, I see. I thought perhaps there was more to it, perhaps plugged into the drawer itself and hidden from view. I see now that this little plate is all there is. I'm afraid we don't have anything that could replace this, but I have a couple of ideas. Is this just a stop? If so, see our 32-125 , and our guide on how it works. Could you possibly use this as a substitute?
