Question

Replace broken metal cllps to storm window on storm door with one i brought from your company. Need to replace plastic unknown items pictured above. They were removed from trim section at top of window. Those are photos showing the top with looks like im missing screws to secure frame on the inside plus two I believe must be rollers or something to keep the window in frame when lowering or rising it. Any help.

Unfortunately the parts for your storm door glass panel are no longer available. Take a look at the parts listed from the web site to see if you could get any of these to fit your storm sash. If not, you may want to check with a local hardware store in your area to see if they have any of these older parts in their inventory. I apologize that we cannot provide exact matches.
