Plastic slide for Simonton casement window

Hi. I'm trying to find a replacement for a broken clip in a casement window. It is the piece that connects the arm to the window and slides along a the track at the bottom of the window. I have a Simonton casement window, and the part is a small black plastic square with a circular hole where the arm fits. I need a name or part number for this. The window was built in 2013 but I don't find a model number. Thanks!
