Plastic window pieces failing

A home owner from Baltimore, MD says:
The ends of these plastic window pieces have broken in three of my windows in the last 2 months. The ends hold back the "nylon channel balance sash guide" and the metal cylinder that lets the windows tilt outward. It also seems to be holding back the weather stripping. It is plastic, approximately 1-3/8 inches wide, covers the bottom of each window and the length varies by window (the shortest being 17" long).

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you're talking about the bottom end of the sash frame. I'm afraid we do not sell parts of the frame. You would need to contact the manufacturer to see if they can help you.
