Please help identify my window balance for replacement

Hi,

Can you please help me identify which replacement block and tackle window balances I need to buy from you to fix my windows? I have many windows with the same one that need replacement. Do you also sell them in multiples?

A specific part number and/or link to the actual item I need to order would be great.

We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance, named such for its extra-long cord.

Thankfully your photos tell me just about everything I need to get started. I just need a little time to confirm the availability of this size.
