Pozzi Windows - Need Operator Crank Hardware and Crank Handle

A home owner from Draper, Utah says:
I have Pozzi casement windows with white crank handles. The windows were installed in 1991 but I do not have a model or serial number. I do have a unit code # from the Rocky Mountain Pozzi invoice. I am trying to find a replacement crank operator hardware for 1 right handed window. I also need to replace the handles on 3 other windows, or must I replace the entire hardware?

I have attached 4 photos:
1) Broken crank operator hardware
2) Window with broken hardware
3) A different window with working hardware
4) A broken handle -- hardware works

Do you have the correct replacement parts?

Hey, Linda. I'm confident we can help you replace everything, but I'm not totally sure what you need. First, let's consider the handles. I think our 39-114L is what you want, but just confirm that the spline on yours is 11/32". For the hinge, which you show in your first window, I would recommend our 36-013-10. These are stainless steel, so you won't have to worry about these corroding like the old ones.

I'm afraid I cannot identify the operator itself, as I can only see the base. Is there any way we can see the arms that push the window open? Try to open the window as far as it can go and show me a picture of the arms and I can recommend a good replacement operator.

I have attached a picture of another window with same hardware. Does this help?

Also, how do I check that the spline is 11/32"?

Thanks for researching this for me.

Yes, that's a huge help. That looks like our 39-031 and 39-032 operator. These use our 39-114L or 39-205 handles, 39-107 cover, and are commonly used in windows that also use our 36-013-10 hinge set.

I'd like to complement the questioner and the answerer on this. Excellent photographs and excellent answers! I have exactly the same windows, and this was very helpful to me.
