These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM was stamped on the locking mechanism.

Thanks for posting. Your top tilt latches look like our 26-243 and 26-244. The difference is that our latch doesn't have the extended finger lever, that shouldn't affect the function nor its compatibility with your window. It's merely an aesthetic difference. I am not sure what tilt bar you have, but if you were to show me some pictures of it removed from the window I would be happy to find a match.

You will note that the bar on the right side is broken where the screws go in.

Thanks! Look at our 26-336, this might be a match. You will need to make sure the hole spacing is the same, though. See the illustration below for reference. As long as one of those hole positions matches your old pivot bar then they will work the same way.
