Prism Window Hardware

A contractor from South Carolina says:
These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM was stamped on the locking mechanism.

Your top tilt latches look like our 26-243 and 26-244. The difference is that our latch doesn't have the extended finger lever, that shouldn't affect the function. It's only an aesthetic difference. I am not sure what tilt bar you have, but if you were to show me some pictures of it I would be happy to find a match.
A contractor from south carolina says:
You will note that the bar on the right side is broken where the screws go in.

Thanks! Look at our 26-336, this might be a match. You will need to make sure the hole spacing is the same, though.
