I am looking to purchase some new pulley blocks for my double hung window valence block and tackle valence. They are 3150. Not sure of the manufacturer. The spring has blown thru the pulley. Can you help.

I'm afraid you can't replace the pulley system on any balance. Complete replacement of the entire balance assembly is necessary.
We can help, but I will need clear pictures of the original assembly in order to determine what you have. Please note that I will likely request more photos after that, but I need to see what type you have so that I can know what to ask for.
