I have checked my window for any labeling to help identify who manufactured it but there are none. When I pulled my window in to clean it the metal piece in the middle split in half. I had a terrible time trying to get the window closed again. I did see some on your website but they do not look exactly the same as mine. Also not sure if you can enlarge the picture to see that on the side is written M 9 LB.
Any help or direction that you can give me would be totally appreciated.

Hello, Kathy! I'm afraid I can't ID what you have from this photo. Too much of the pivot carrier is obscured by the sash. Would be possible to see it with the sash removed? Seeing it fully removed from the window would be ideal but I understand if that might be more than you're willing to do at this point. I really just need to see as much of it as you can manage. Thanks!

Thank you Tom for getting back to me. Since I sent my text to you I did further research and was able to determine who manufactured the windows that I have. I did get in touch with them and they were able to help me. I just want to close the loop with you and thank you again for taking the time to respond.
