We have 6 GA Windows, white, Single hung, tilt sash needing these parts:
6) each Tilt sash latch, R & L (12 total) top 2 screw holes are 2" center to center.
12) Shoe, for TS Balance, White
12) spiral 3/8" TS Balance, 33"

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-361 tilt pivot to yours.

We do not carry an exact match for your tilt latches but we do offer the 26-337 and 26-344 with the same 2" hole spacing. Review the specifications of both options to determine if one of them could work for your repair.

As for the broken pivot shoe, we would need to see an undamaged version uninstalled, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our selection. We also offer the (3/8") S900-33 spiral balances for tilt windows. Thank you!

re: 26-361 is somewhat different as the width overall is 3/8 but the extending pivot bar is 5/16" wide and the overall height is 1". the nipple on the back is centered not at tha bottom.

We'd be happy to look into this for you further but we would like to see some additional views of your tilt pivot to determine if ours might work as a replacement.
As Casey mentioned, we'll also need to see an undamaged pivot sheo uninstalled, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness, to confirm if something like our 15-134 pivot shoe could work for your repair.
