Hello there! I think we can help with this balance, but I can't help but note that you have a very heavy duty spring on this balance. Before we go any further, can you confirm how this balance installs in the window track at the top? It should be with either a screw or a hook.
Can you also tell me how many of these balances in total you are considering?
Yes it is a very heavy-duty spring the windows that they support weigh I believe more than 35lbs.
I believe they screw against the window jam up top with a heavy duty screw.
I believe we are considering two dozen minimum.
Thanks
Carmen
Thanks, Carmen. Please give us a little more time to look into this and I'll get back to you ASAP!
Your stamp is not typical, no. Thankfully I just now got word that we can make this assembly with the exact stamp you have on there now.
To summarize, we'll be making you a 29" long Series 770 tilt window channel balance. This has the same general construction and attachments as your original. You can look it over to confirm but I am very confident that it's the same design as your old one. We will also be making it with the special 2919DS stamp, which will dictate how strong the spring is. In your case, that means it's pretty strong.
Because of this heavy duty stamp, though, that means that these have to be custom made. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add 24 of these to your cart. You may then checkout as normal.
Please let me know if you had any questions! I'd be happy to assist with anything you needed.
